Air Systems - Recirculating air ducts surround the sides and top of the dryer conveyor - Specially ported, tapered nozzles extend across the dryer width and dryer sizing features ensure uniform sheet drying from top to bottom and side to side - The special nozzle construction allows easy removal for dryer cleaning and maintenance - Available with our patented automatic, "single point" or remotely controlled individual zone exhaust control systems - The recirculating duct is constructed from insulated panels manufactured with either mild or stainless steel inside and outside sheets
Controls and Instrumentation - Indicating thermometers are mounted near the center of each zone for walk-by observation - A drying time recorder indicates drying time in minutes - Zone temperature recorder/controllers indicate, control and plot all zone temperatures - The operator interface at the main operator control console features a speed recorder, temperature controllers and touch screen, and allows control of all fans, conveyor drives and exhaust.
