Coe Manufacturing’s (CMC) new color Dry Veneer Grader (DVG)
is an automated dry veneer grading system that provides precise
and uniform classification of veneer grades.

 Two
color line scan cameras offer crisp, high resolution imaging, while
wide spectrum LED lighting provides maximum defect contrast and
backlighting enhances detection of through defects. The system features
on-line simultaneous "what-if" analysis.
An ending section provides sheet orientation, where required. The
vacuum table inhibits sheet movement during the scan for enhanced
sheet and defect sizing. The see-thru frame provides a good view
of upstream / downstream processes, and its size and design configuration
are maintenance-friendly.
